Getting Shipping Rates from API using draft order resulted in errors.

I am new to Shopify and its API and I am trying to get available shipping rates from a draft order, but I am getting this Error message.

My draft order /admin/api/2024-04/draft_orders.json was successful and returned me the url which i got the token from.
