How to add an [excluded destination] attribute for certain products, Not all

I have tried to add this exclusion attribute, but only for certain products, not all, but I only get information on how to add this attribute in XML format, but my feed is uploaded through Content Api, how can I add this attribute to Content Api [excluded_destination] Shopping_ads just one product?
