How to hide entered discount code from checkout page?

Hey everyone,

I am working on an app that dynamically generates discount code and applies it for the User. I got the discount applying part covered but I need to find a way to hide the code that has been applied so User can't copy it.

Here is a screenshot of the parts I want to hide/remove, which is highlighted in red:

Please help me resolve this.

Unfortunately yes, as you cannot modify the checkout.liquid file unless you're on Shopify Plus.
