Images URL problem

I have a problem with image resizing. I'm using the API to get a list of products and the links to the images come up there. When I use the resize method, I often get the "Transformation failed" message. This has never happened before, this api has been working for a year and everything has always been fine. This problem has appeared recently.

That link started working BUT this is the strangest thing, links sometimes start working after a few hours, then stop again.

I have found that it doesn't work with postman when use automated Accept header from Chrome:
