order tag value using API

Hello,

I've used an API on my website which generates and AccessToken using Order ID, and I want to update the order tag based on the AccessToken Generated? Can any one help me in the syntax for this?

I've tried many possibilities but unable to get this fixed.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me in fixing this.
