Physical Gift Card Setup via API

Hello,

We have our own Custom Application, wherein we want Customers to enter the SHOPIFY provided Gift Card Code, in order to redeem the desired amount.

Assuming that i have taken subscription from Shopify & created/ordered/received Physical Gift Cards to be destination address. Now, i want my Custom App [out of Shopify] to accept Shopify provided Gift Codes. Is this possible via API Requests from my App to Shopify?

Please help me. Truly appreciate all.
