Script editor is not working with the one of our private apps using the storefront API

The script is firing on the online store and one of our private app using Storefront API solution but the script editor is not working with the another private app using the Storefront API.

The both private apps has same privileges and permissions.

Do you guys have any idea on that ?

I'm seeing the same behavior. Did anyone have luck sorting this out?

@TylerMartin You need to republish the script editor script again after that the script editor is working with the newly created private app.
