Hi all,

i'm searching to migrate our system to a codeless(or minimal code) multi vendor marketplace system.

can you assist me in answering the following questions?

1. Does the system support the marketplace. meaning - suppliers can enter their personal area and update their activities for sale?
2. Is the system ensures that an operator cannot publish the contact details with him - email, phone, website, etc?
3. Possibility to add elements of social, community and other developments and how flexible or complex it is.
Even if you don't have such modules and we just integrate into your system (if possible)
4. To what extent does the trade system support the sale of recurring activities - that a supplier can enter a class with a date, say how repetitive there is, and the system calculates the dates by itself and
then presents it to surfers who are looking (for example, a yoga class every Monday and Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and Friday at 16:00) in the date range 1.5.25 - 1.4.25
5. What needs to be done to show who is coming and who is participating in an activity on a certain date?
6. Is it possible to purchase activities that are also a card or a subscription or just a one-time activity?
7. Is it Support Hebrew, including a PDF that is issued to the customer after the purchase?
8. What needs to be done in order to be able to associate it with an organization,
so that if an organization works with our system we will know how to color users from that organization and show them who among all
those shown as arriving (and separately interested) in the activity is also from their organization?
9. A chat system between the participants and a system that allows you to send a message/question to the operator
10. Do you have a your own clearing system(PCI permitted) or do we need to connect third party clearing system. If so, what is the fee?
11. Various things related to sales promotion - abandoned basket, mailings, etc.
12. Cost tracks
13. Does the cost change according to the number of users on the site at a given time
14. Does SEO support?
15. Does the settlement solution that you have allow for the sharing of a commission between the owner of the marketplace (us) and the suppliers for a sale that is made or does all the money go to the marketplace or the supplier?
16. Are there sales reports for both the suppliers and the owners of the marketplace?
17. What reports does the owner of the marketplace have regarding users, suppliers, sales, returns, etc?
18. How do you cancel a transaction and who returns the money - is it the marketplace or the supplier?
19. Can your platform able to connect HiBob?

thanks a bunch,

Yaniv

Hello Yaniv,

I am glad you listed out your requirements in detail.

I am happy to answer -

1. Does the system support the marketplace. meaning - suppliers can enter their personal area and update their activities for sale?

Vendor Management: Yes, Shipturtle supports a dedicated vendor area and advanced vendor dashboards. Suppliers can manage their profiles, update listings, track activity, and do much more.

2. Is the system ensures that an operator cannot publish the contact details with him - email, phone, website, etc?

Contact Details Control: You can configure Shipturtle to prevent vendors from publishing contact information like email, phone, and website within their listings.

3. Possibility to add elements of social, community and other developments and how flexible or complex it is. Even if you don't have such modules and we just integrate into your system (if possible)

Social & Community Elements:  Shipturtle offers limited built-in social features but it can integrate with external services to expand offerings. The support team at Shipturtle is perfect for additional development to implement community or C2C functionalities.

4. To what extent does the trade system support the sale of recurring activities - that a supplier can enter a class with a date, say how repetitive there is, and the system calculates the dates by itself and then presents it to surfers who are looking (for example, a yoga class every Monday and Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and Friday at 16:00) in the date range 1.5.25 - 1.4.25

Limited Recurring Support: Yes, it is quite possible with Shipturtle. It excels in supporting multivendor marketplaces with subscription, and rental modules which is close to your requirements of supporting complex recurring activities like yoga classes with varying schedules.

Hebrew Support: Yes, Shipturtle supports multi-lingual support platform interface and potentially PDFs (however this is an additional module and may not be a default setting).

8. What needs to be done in order to be able to associate it with an organization, so that if an organization works with our system we will know how to color users from that organization and show them who among all those shown as arriving (and separately interested) in the activity is also from their organization?

Organizational Integration: Shipturtle might require custom development to connect with and color-code users based on their organization.

9. A chat system between the participants and a system that allows you to send a message/question to the operator

Limited Communication Features: Shipturtle offers a chat system via a third-party app. You might need additional development for a participant-to-participant chat or a messaging system for contacting the operator.

10. Do you have a your own clearing system(PCI permitted) or do we need to connect third party clearing system. If so, what is the fee?
