Shopify Borzo rate is not being fetched via the GraphQL approach

Hi, we are trying out something, where we would use the GraphQL API to create a checkout, then try to poll the availableShippingRates using the GraphQL API. For some reason, it is not fetching an app-calculated rate that is provided by an app called Borzo. All other normal rates appeared without issue.
