Visitor counting not working properly

Hi, I just keep looking my visitors counting during the day and it doesn't go further than 10. We can see how it grows to 11 and then suddenly goes back to 10. Then 11 again and back to 10. We usually get between 100 and 300 visitors daily but something is going wrong with the counter.

I am seeing the same issue.  I've logged out and back in and still doing it.  I can just sit and watch it flucuate up and down without refreshing.  My visitor numbers are way down too.

Yeah the same thing has been happening to us for weeks - and the Shopify visitor count is way lower than our Google analytics and other marketing sources like Omnisend. Anyone know what is going on and if there ia a fix?
