what to do when google indexed your regional pages and shows duplicate contents

Hi there

for my website https://diamondforgood.com 

there are different regional location url creations done automatically. and google has crawled and indexed pages for all different regions. 

but there is duplicate content on all page as Page Title and Meta Description are same 

For Example :  all this 5 pages has same content. and canonical is also self referencing.

How can i avoid duplicity of content for this pages?

You have created sub-folders for each of the market, and you need to inform Google about your geo-locational targeting.

I do not intent to create sub folders for different regions. I believe when i installed geolocation app in shopify it has already created this sub folders. 

my question is there are 5 pages with same content with same TITLE tag and same Meta Description tag. it will create duplicity and lowers page rank in google. 

how can i solve this issue? as the pages are already now indexed in google.
