Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
I am in the process of setting up a Shopify store. On the Markets tab I want to change my primary active market. I read through the discussions and it says that I need to click on the active one and click edit but I don't have an edit option (just preview).
There are two markets that appear as inactive and it says that they are inactive because I have not added shipping rates. However I have not added shipping rates yet for any of them (including the one that appears as active).
How do I remove my current active market? How can I make the inactive markets active?
Hi,
Thank you for your reply!
On my end, I don't see three dots next to the active market. Everything that appears is as per the screenshot. Normally, I think I should be able to click on the active market and in the upper right corner there should be three tabs: preview, more actions, active (or inactive). However, when I click on it I don't have these three options, I only have the Preview option as per the screenshot.
I originally started setting up the store when I was in Bulgaria. I have changed the location everywhere in the settings and have put Australia as primary location. So I have the feeling that this issue comes from somewhere else in the settings. Is there a chance that the platform thinks that I am setting up a physical store? I wonder if that has sth to do with the issue.
