"Covered Telecommunication Equipment or Service-Representation"

I have been asked to sign a "Covered Telecommunication Equipment or Service-Representation" by a prospective client.  This document is an affirmation that our business is not  "using telecommunications equipment, systems, or services produced by Huawei Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation, (or any subsidiary or affiliate of these companies); or video surveillance and telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities)" 

I assume that Shopify must comply with this but could not find any information supporting that.  Does anyone know if the Shopify platform would use any such systems or services produces by the above Chinese companies?
