Based in uk but want to dropship/print on demand in US only

Hello all, 

I am based in the UK, but want to start a print on demand business from the US to the US, so no stock or inventory will be based in the UK or come from the UK. Orders will be completed and sent by a US print shop. Is this possible? I just want to check Im not doing anything illegal "/. has anyone done this before or have any information regarding this? Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you!
