Blocking access to site outside Australia

Hi all, My site deals with educational resources only relevant to Australian schools. I am wondering if there is a way to stop people outside Australia being able to see my site. I am tired of paying transaction fees for constant bulk declined orders by bots testing stolen credit cards from OS. Do the Shopify hosts have this blocking control?

Thank you for trying; this sounded fabulous but unfortunately I do not have those options. I have 'Checkout and accounts' and none of the options are 'Customer Constraints'.
