Can I modify and reprint a returned USPS label with insufficient address?

Hello!

Quick question: I just received a package from the USPS with a "Return to Sender Insufficient Address" label. Can I void the label that I used, change the address and reprint the label?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To provide some insight on voiding shipping labels, this can be completed but must meet a few requirements. For more information on this, I would recommend checking out our Changing and Voiding Shipping Labels documentation for those details.

It outlines a shipping label can be voided if it meets the following requirements:

• It has been less than 30 days since you bought the label.
• There have been no tracking events on the label, such as the shipping carrier accepting the shipment.

As the current shipping label has tracking events with USPS, you can proceed by correcting the address for the order and purchasing a new label. For more information on purchasing labels, you can check out our Shopify Shipping documentation for further details.
