Can I move the language switcher to the header in debut theme?

Is there a way to move the language switcher from the footer to the header with the Shopify Translate & Adapt App using debut theme?

Hi folks. If you were to use free Shopify 2.0 theme, such as Dawn, this is actually possible to request as part of each paid Shopify account's 60 minutes of design time from Shopify Theme Support:

Note this is not available on Debut unfortunately, as it is not Online Store 2.0 theme, or 3rd party themes.
