Can I recover money from a fraudulent online clothing brand?

Trendy shop, a clothing online Brand, Stole my Money. They use shopify tecnologie. I thought this was Safe. Now i dont know How to get back my Money, they dont answer. They didnt give me the Shoes i bought and they dont rembolse me my Money. 
Is it posible to do something ?

Depending on when you first reached out to the store, it may take some time for the store to get back to you as some stores may have a turnaround time of a few days to a week. Can you confirm when the order was placed? Also, when did you reach out to the store?

 

If you don't hear back from the store and/or you don't receive your order within 30 days, then we've got some next steps to assist you here: FAQ: Your Online Order. That being said, should the order remain undelivered after 30 days, we'd also recommend getting in touch with your bank or credit card provider, and notifying them of the transaction so they can further assist you with recovering your funds.

hello, thanks for answering.
I made the purchase on July 17. In other words, it's been a month and a half. I contacted the store on July 24, since I had paid for express shipping, through which my shoes should have arrived at that time. The shoes arrived at their destination just a week ago (that is, a month and 10 days after buying them) but the store did not put my address correctly, so the post office returned them to them.
now, they have my shoes and my money, and every time they answer me they tell me different things, but they don't give me my money back.
I can't get their address to send them a document letter, they are very scammers.
Nothing can be done with my card because it is a debit card, the money is already gone and it will not come back from there. but the truth is that I trusted this company and I also trusted putting my card details through shopify, which according to what I had googled was trustworthy. I wish they could do something about it, since a company that uses their technology is using it to defraud customers. thank you

They have done the samething to me, I ordered a bunch of clothes and never received any of it. They told me it was delivered, but it wasn't. I  even paid for shipping, nothing.   Im fighting now to get my money back!
