Can life coaching services violate UK store policy?

I offer life coaching services which is legal in the UK and I have documents to support that I am a certified Life Coach. My client opted in a higher end service where I will provide him with life coaching services and help him get into a fitter state.  My store was terminated due to violation of of AUP and I am very confused as to what policy I have violated and it is impossible to get help from support at this point. Please help
