Can you sell some of your products abroad but keep other products only purchasable to domestic

I have a collection of products I sell only to domestic customers, because the inventory is kept in domestic warehouse. But Im thinking of starting a new collection using printify and thinking to sell that collection abroad.

Can you set your shopify store to have both domestic-only collection and abroad collection?

Any way you can hide the domestic-only collection to customers that are not located in my country?
