Can you Set specific product prices using international pricing without using a .csv??

Currently working on our International setup. We use the Shopify multiple-currency checkout atm.

However, setting up country specific pricing on a product by product basis using a .csv is an absolute nightmare. Does anyone know of an app or template to assist with this?
