Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
When I go from settings - policies - localize. It goes to the first policy that I can translate. In that policy if I am writing something in the translation, the save/discard button at the top appears and I can save the changes.
But when I go to a different Policy that I want to change (Terms of Service), then when I type something in the translation the save/discard button doesn't appear and I cannot save the changes.
Last time I had this problem I managed to evade it by going to setting - policies and there above every policy there was a localize button. But now the localize button is only at the top of the policy page in the settings. So I can only edit the first thing (Contact Information) that appears in the translate & adapt app.
How can I solve this problem. So I can edit/translate my Terms of Service and all other policies?
Hey @ARPRO , sounds like a bug but I wasn't able to replicate on my test store. It seems to save fine now; are you still having the issue? Thanks

Sure. Would want to have it so I can somehow meaby change it right now. Meaby you could get into the account details somehow. I need to put company details at the bottom of my terms of service so I can sign a contract with a payment provider that I am talking to.
At the bottom of the terms of service
COMPANY DETAILS

Done. A workaround would be the CSV too (Settings > Languages > Export), though I appreciate that's not ideal

Hello @Transcy !
Disabling the extensions did work. That was the problem.
Thank you for your suggestion. Have a nice day 😊
Hey @ARPRO , we're still investigating this and have had other merchants with the same problem. What browser extensions did you disable? Thanks

Had these extensions that I have enabled at the moment. Disabled all of them.
Hi there,
I did have the same problem as @ARPRO on our website. I tried to deactivate my browser extensions but didn't work.
The solution for me was to use another browser (I used Safari instead of Chrome).
Thanks for sharing - we're looking into this
