Cart language with Brooklyn Theme, and ETranslate

We are using "Brooklyn Theme", and has installed Etranslate, to add English language to our webshop.

It works well with English, which is not the primary language - until you press "add to cart" or press the cart button.

I would expect it to go to https://shopname.com/en/cart but it goes to https://shopname.com/cart

Anyone with a clue on where i should look for an solution?

And if i can complete the order in English, will the order confirmation mail then be in English?
