Merchants located in the United Kingdom (GBP), India (INR), Canada (CAD), Singapore (SGD), Australia (AUD), and European Union countries where the Euro is the official currency (EUR) have the option to use local currency billing as mentioned here.

So at this time, you would not be eligible to have your subscription billed in your local currency. With that said, I'd be more than happy to add this as feedback for our developers to review.
