Changing "Estimated Total" text in cart drawer

I need to change a bit of text in my cart drawer.

Right now, when you add something, it says: "Estimated total" - "Estimeret totalbeløb" in my language, Danish.

It needs to just say "Total" as I offer free shipping. No more will be added.

Is it possible to change this bit of text?
