Condensing country and currency selector options

Hi,

We're just starting to utilise Shopify Markets but I was wondering if anyone has managed to condense their country and currency selector?

We offer worldwide shipping and currently our footer selector shows every country/currency.

We'd love to be able to categorise these to make it easier to find the option you're looking for. As an example-
United Kingdom (£), European Union (€), United States & Canada ($) and Rest of World (£).

Does anyone know if this is possible? We currently fulfil from 2 different locations and having people select the correct area would be really helpful.
