My business partner had been stop running his online store for a year or longer, and we don't know why we get this message.

Hey, @JaeTak.
Thanks again for following up!
I'm delighted to hear that you were able to transfer your domain. If you decide to reactivate an account, then you can use Shopify Payments by changing the store's location to the United States (or a region that is supported by Shopify Payments). If you'd like to learn more about our supported regions, then please take a look at our list of supported countries for Shopify Payments.
After you reactivate a frozen/closed store and change the store address, you can simply follow our step-by-step guide on setting up Shopify Payments. That being said, I'd also recommend taking a look at the Shopify Payments Terms of Service to ensure that your business and products are supported on our payment gateway.
Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox to interact with customers live on your store?

Hello, @JaeTak.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!
It looks like you're trying to connect a shop.myshopify.com URL to another account. However, it's important to note that Shopify URLs like this are attached to the account and cannot be removed/transferred. If you'd like to continue using the 'made-sportswear.myshopify.com' URL, then you and/or your partner would need to consider reactivating the older account. Otherwise, we'd recommend simply opening a new account and you can create a different variation of that URL (eg. 'madesportswear.myshopify.com').
That being said, if you are referring to a third-party or Shopify-purchased domain, then you can either remove the domain and connect it to a different account or transfer a Shopify-purchased domain to another store or domain provider. However, if you do not wish to reactivate the old store, then removing a third-party or Shopify-purchased domain is something that we can help you with. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once we can verify the ownership of the domain, our support team will be able to help you remove it from your closed/frozen account.
I'd love to hear more about your new business! What kinds of products are you looking to sell? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your business?

Hey Elias,
Thank you for your respond! I appreciated it alot. I have one more question to ask you
When I transferring my current domain to other account my current website(liquid.theme.code) won't be transferring with the domain along right?
Thanks,
Jae Tak
Hey, @JaeTak.
Thank you for following up!
When transferring a domain, the theme doesn't get transferred along with it. However, you can download the theme from your original store and then upload the theme to a different store using your computer.
Did you or your partner decide on creating a new account or reactivating the old store? What type of business are you looking to create?
Don't hesitate to let me know if you've any other questions!

Hey, @JaeTak.
Thank you for following up!
I've taken a look at 'made-sportswear.myshopify.com' and I can see that there is a custom domain connected to it - madesportswear.com. This custom domain can be transferred or connected with a different Shopify account if you wanted to. If you're simply reactivating the store to download the theme and disconnect the domain for your new clothing store, then please do so within 7 days and close your store - we may be able to provide a refund for reactivating your store in this scenario.
That being said, since it looks like you're currently using an older theme at the moment, I thought I'd share a link to our new free themes so you can explore the new Online store 2.0 and their features. We also have this amazing blog, "How to Start a Clothing Business, from T-Shirts to High Fashion," which may provide some helpful tips for relaunching your business!

Hey Elias!
It sounds like I have to move madesportswear.com(the custom domain) to other account in order for me to transfer my kaveshop.store and activate it on made-sportswear.myshopify.com, right?
I don't worry about the refund, and I won't be transfering the kaveshop.store domain to my partner's account madesportswear.com until next month!
Could you send me a link how I can transfer my domain to another account?
I'm planning to buy a new theme(not free theme) to make my brand more sophisticated for my future cutomers, in that case I guess I don't need to download my current theme when I transfer right?
Thanks,
Jae Tak
Hey, @JaeTak.
Thank you for the additional context!
If the domain was purchased from Shopify, then you can transfer a Shopify-managed domain to another store or domain provider. However, if the domain was purchased from a third-party provider. then you can simply remove the domain and connect a third-party domain to your new store.
That being said, if you're planning to purchase a paid theme, then you don't need to download the existing theme. However, since theme purchases are non-refundable, I'd recommend using the preview function to test the themes before making a purchase. The preview allows you to start customizing the theme and view how the theme looks with your store's contents. Once you've decided on a theme, you can simply complete the purchase and continue developing your store from where you left off in the preview. After purchasing a third-party theme, you will also be able to access the theme files for coding changes.

Hey Elias,
Thank you for your help with the transfering my domain to another one, it was very helpful!
I have one last question to ask you! I have this inactive account(kaveshop-oversea.myshopify.com), I created this one in S.Korea. But, If I re-activate this website oversea like CA or USA. Will I be able to install Shopify payment to this website? Or do I need to creat a brand new website when I'm in CA or USA?
Thanks,
Jae Tak

Hey Elias!
Thank you for replying my questions again!
So, As long as I changed my business address for my current frozen/closed store in Canada(I probably open it in Canada), I will be able to use the shopify payment?
Of couse, I know that I need to provide my business registration numbers and etc. 😄
I don't think I have more questions to ask you for now! If I have more questions I will ask more questions on shopify community!
Yes I do use Shopify inbox for my current website(kaveshop.store).
Thanks again
Jae Tak
