Disabling options for international orders

Hello,

We have two fulfilment centers one is in the US and the other is in South Korea.

We have orders not only from the US but from internationally. For Non US-based customers we want them to only place an order from South Korea.

Since US can not fulfil international orders please help us how to set this up?
