Discrepancies with content from admin panel and VPN incognito mode

Hi guys, I need some help with reviewing my site from countries outside of Australia, the content displayed in my admin panel and the content displayed when I access my site on a VPN in a fresh incognito browser are not matching.

If anyone could take a look at my site and let me know the prices and content on the product page, that would be extremely helpful.

Primarily looking for someone based in the US, Canada, New Zealand, UK and Europe.
