Do I need to file taxes for an online store with no monetary involvement?

I opened an online store from USA with the business address of Pakistan. The store is primarily run by a friend. I just handle the website for him. Store works on Cash on Delivery. Do I need to file taxes as I have No monetary relationship with the store?
