I reached out to the Retail Team on your behalf and confirmed that the U.S Hardware store does include Puerto Rico for it's card readers. 

 

Are you looking purchase some hardware for your POS setup? I'll drop a link to the hardware store here for ease of access for you! I'd also love to hear more about your business if you'd like to share! Do you operate out of Puerto Rico?
