Duplicating a store with different login

Hi. I will be operating as US distributor of a UK brand whose currently operating on Shopify platform. We want to create a US store with its own inventory, warehousing and shipping etc. We want to operate under the same domain name too. What’s best way to duplicate the UK store for US sales without using the Shopify Plus platform?

Thank you for your reply. I would love some help with this. Following this solution will the US store would need the EXACT same inventory and can we still add some region specific items to US store that may not be available in UK/vice versa?
