Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hi! I was testintg shopify payments to see if everything was working propperly and to my surprise the notification emails aren't getting translated. I have search various post about this with no success.
My shop main language is english and my secondary language is spanish. The mails are translated by default by shopify in the translate and adapt app but when i make a test order in spanish the english email gets sent.
I'm really close to launch, any help would be appreciated!
Hey @ismaphdz , when you first make an order (including a test order) a language gets attributed to that customer. They'll get subsequent emails in that language. Can you try doing a test order in Spanish with a new customer?
