Error adding market

I keep on trying to save and add Europe as a market. It worked perfectly fine a few minutes ago when I added North America and saved changes and now for when I try press Save for Europe it does not work. I have cleared cookies and cache, and also have tried using the app from my phone only to have the same problem. Please can someone help me out here?

I tried to just save instead of a region a country on its own and it worked, it seems every time I try to save with a region like Europe it does not work. Tried to save Europe to market again and it said server error this time..

Hi , 

While creating the market try choosing a set of individual countries. It never worked if you try to find a region in the search box - it is a known bug. But choosing indiviual countries , or just scriolling to Europe and choosing it as a region always worked.

Hi Lis,

We usually insist on doing so 🙂  There are many little things that one has to observe to achieve full VAT compliance.  Shopify is a rather restrictive environment and we have to apply workarounds to make sure that we have full compliance. it would take weeks for the shop owner to learn these things and we  have already took the pain of doing it.
