Expanding our store internationally

We are expanding our store internationally and have two shipping locations (US and China). Some products are only in stock in China, others in the US, and some in both. We want EU & International customers to only see products available in China. US customers should see products available in both warehouses.


We tried using apps to block certain products based on location but are unsure if this is a long-term solution. Our other idea is to create a separate shop for international customers, but this will bring additional costs.


What is the best solution for managing our inventory and ensuring a good customer experience?
