Figuring out Standard international shipments

I’ve just got my first Standard International orders and It’s saying “to ship internationally value to declare needs to be no more than €0” - but it won’t let me set the value to declare as 0, and the value is obviously higher than 0. 

Just asking for some help about how to get my shipping labels for European shipments…

No shipment is allowed to have a value of zero (these are international shipping rules set by the universal postal union)... even if it is a gift / freebie! that is why there are specific deminimis rules when the end_use of a package is indicated as gifts, personal or business that differ. let me know if you have further questions.

is the product price zero? why dont you use a discount code so that it doesnt affect the MSRP instead?

The issues say “the totally declared value cannot be higher than $0 for international shipping” - so I went to try set the value to 0 and it also won’t let me. So my issue is that I can’t print out any shipping labels.
