How can I align translated text to the left in my online store?

Hi 

My store default language is Arabic, and it is aligned to the right properly. But, I want to translate my store to English language as well. I use translate & adapt, but the translated text follow the default language alignment which is righ. Is there any code i can add to the site code in order to make the translated text align to the left properly?
