How can I fix geolocation issues on my ecommerce store?

I set up lower prices for european counties on my shopify store, today I shared my website with a friend that was accidentally connected to belgian server using a VPN, so when the website opened there was the pop-up saying that he was viewing from Belgium, and he was able to see lowered prices, but when he turned off the vpn and tried to open the website again, the website did not update showing a new pop up saying he was visualizing from Thailand (the true location of the device) and he was still seeing the lowered prices. There's a way to fix this?
