How can I fix translation issues in my bilingual online store?

Hello,

So i recently added a subdomain to My store because i wanted One site to be in english while My primary domain to be in italian and English.Currently i made a mess with the translate and adapt app because when i google My primary domain some of My metatitles and description is showing english and italian (this should show Just italian but when you go on the store i wanted to give the customer the option to browse in their language of preferenze english or italian with Translate and adapt)

While on My .com domain My metatitles and description Is also showing english and italian ,It should only be in english.
