Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hello, I recently received a big order from a customer in Italy, however, it appears the customer managed to choose Taiwan, my location, to ship to rather than Italy, which is the address they provided for the order. The customer has already paid through PayPal, but it is with the domestic shipping fee, which is far cheaper than international shipping.
What steps should I take in this case? I've already contacted the customer to inform them of the issue, but how can I avoid this from happening in the future? With regards to this order, should I cancel it?
Any information, and suggestions would be fantastic, thank you!

Thanks, I contacted support and they gave me a solution. I still don't understand how the customer was able to select Taiwan as his country when he is in Italy.
Hi @SonicMonk
You can create shipping zones, where you want your products to get shipped. This will help you to restrict only to domestic shipping & save you a considerable amount.
Thank you for the reply. I already have shipping zones set up. This is why I don't understand how the customer was able to select Taiwan as his country while he is in Italy.
Hi, thanks. I contacted them and they gave me a solution.
