How can I redirect visitors to my separate international Shopify sites?

Hello!

I have two shopify website. One is for Turkey, other one is for International sales. Main website is www.bettyandsam.com which is for Turkiye. I want a customer from Germany who visits www.bettyandsam.com will be redirected to www.bettyandsam.de
It doesnot have to be redirection. When you visit the website, there can be a pop up for to select your country & then direction to other website. Shopify markets are not working for me. I need two different websites acc. to geolocation. Because I have two main markets and I want their payments seperately.
