How can I resolve my verified email server error?

I want to update my problem with the verified email server error I reached the vitals help center but they told me to come back he. I try everything 

• Clear your cache and cookies on the browser and reboot it didn't work
• Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. didn't work
• Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone. didn't work
• Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example) that didn't work.

so really I am still trying to figure out the problem.
