How can I speed up delivery times to Europe?

hello and sorry for my bad english .... so my shop take orders from europe  ... the problem is with a long time  deliver ... the better and faster delivery is in 20-22 days in greece - some time takes 30-32 ..... and here i want to ask : is any company-app that i can connect to my shopify shop to make the delivery very quick like the most e-shops all over the world ??? because this is the bigger problem to my shop ..... thank you

Are you using Shopify Shipping & which carrier or you are dropshipping?

Something that helps a lot is to have VAT compliance automated for EU deliveries if you are delivering from outside of EU. The use of IOSS VAT scheme simplifies the customs procedure and allows for what is called centralised clearance which further speeds the handling of products.
