How do I change delivery info in Translate & Adapt App's shipping settings?

I am using Translate & Adapt App and I don't know how to change the Delivery information from the Shipping settings of Shopify.

Hi, could you share a screenshot of what you can't translate? If it's delivery method name, that's shipping in the next week or so.
