Your tax set up will depend on where you and your business are based, and where you are selling to. As you've mentioned selling in EUR I presume that you are based in the EU; I'd recommend you check out our tax documentation for EU merchants here. If you choose to sell elsewhere in the world, you'll want to look into the various sales tax registration laws for each country and region you hope to have customers in, as the rules do vary.
In terms of shipping, you'll want to consider the cost of shipping to the different countries and regions you're shipping to. It's worth reviewing the costs of shipping that you'll have to pay to have your dropshipper ship products to your customers, and then factor that into your own shipping costs that your customers will pay. You'll be able to narrow down your shipping zones to include only specific countries or regions, so you can charge different shipping costs to customers in different areas of the world. Shopify does not assist directly with trademark acquisition, so this is something you would need to look into on your own or with the help of a professional who specializes in this area.
