How do I update banner translation in Translate&Adapt app?

Hello everyone, our store is using Translate&Adapt. This APP is amazing!! We did meet a problem recently. I am using the app hoping to translate the English into Japanese but the banner's script doesn't have the translation. I forgot where to set up the banner's translation and also failed to find this option in the APP setup backstage.

Would you please let me know where I can update the banner's translation? Thanks in advance for your help!

Note: The banner and the scripts are separate in our store.

Hey @Sunshine1234 , thanks for the nice words! Could you share a screenshot of the banner you can't translate? And do you know if it's created by an app or you made it in Shopify admin? Thanks a lot, Rich

Hello Rich! Thanks so much for your reply. Attached is the banner we cannot get the translation and the Translate&Adapt APP backstage I can not find where to update the banner translation. I blur some parts to adhere to the community policy. 
About this banner: we uploaded the banner pic to our store theme so we made it in shopify admin. And in our store theme, the picture and the scripts are separate. Thanks in advance for your help!
