How does customs duty apply to overseas jewelry sales?

I am based in india and new to shopify, I am building a store for my aunt who makes silver jewelry with semi precious gem stones, she wants to sell those products in the USA and other countries. I have seen that HS codes need to specified for each product. I wish to know what is the max product price from where customs will be applicable to my product and will customs duty be paid by me (the seller) or the customer in the USA (the buyer). Also is there any catalog that can show me the customs duty that may be charged by USA, Canada, EU customs for various products along with HS codes. Your help will be appreciated.
