Hi Team,

We need to add Multi language website. So we have to show English default and based on the location. If customer in UK shows en_GBR (UK English) and for US en_US (US English). Let us know the setup the language settings.

Hi @Kiran_Pyrite , this is done by adapting English by market. More here: https://beta-help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets/languages/translate-adapt-app#custom-content

This is done manually. Localising within one language is not available as an auto 'translation'.

How are we supposed to do this via Translate & Adapt if we've been given the translations for a language that we don't speak?

For example, we have a site that is in multiple languages.  One language is Dutch for the Netherlands but we also have a Dutch for Belgium.  I can't speak either language and the translations in the Shopify import file can't be imported so must be done through Translate & Adapt - correct?

Currently, I'm having to have the original product page open - search for the english in the 'Default content' column in the CSV then paste that into the Translate & Adapt.  We've only got 30 products and about 100 variations but it's going to take me hours & hours to do.

There must be a better / easier way? Even if Translate & Adapt allowed you to see the original language that would make it easier.

Metafield identification means that each one has a different ID so there's no easier way to associate it in the Shopify CSV with the product that it goes with.

Or am I missing something?
