Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hi there,
my store has 2 main domain, a .com and a local one, let's suppose .gr
I took the store from a previous ownership that use Langify disinstalled it installed instead Translate & Adapt
Unfortunately before seems the it was correctly set.
What I mean was that under the .gr domain I saw the greek content, now is not like this.
In general how approach to tell Translate & Adapt that some content goes to a specific domain and not under the other language that one can put under "international" section?
I did attached screenshoot.
What is the best approach let's say to keep the translation for which i do have a domain and keep the other under T&A added language?
Hi @CarmineT , domains are managed by markets, and languages are mapped to markets. So, for Greek to show on .gr, you need the domain added to your store (Settings > Domains), then a Greece market (Settings > Markets) then use .gr for Greece (Settings > Markets > Greece > Languages and domains > Manage domains) and lastly make sure Greek is used on that market, also in Languages and domains. You may it to be the market default language if you don't want it to have /el subfolder.
