Global expansion, localizing content, and selling in multiple currencies and languages
Hello every,
I want to give an option to user to select language(I will some options like German, Spanish etc.) and when user will select a specific language, I want to show him specific products. For example if an user selects Spanish language, I want to show him just Spanish products.
Can anyone tell me please how to do this?
Thanks
Hello, @AbaidUrRehman.
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
I understand you're looking for an option that allows customers to choose their language and display products relative to their language preference. While there isn't a way for language selectors/translation apps to determine the products, you can use a third-party geolocation app to accomplish this. For example, Advanced Store Localization can detect the customer's location and allow you to show/hide products based on regions. If you need any help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you - you can reach out to the developer directly through the contact information found in the Support section of their app's page.
I can see that you are a member of our Partner Program! I'd love to hear more about your business and experience so far. What kinds of products are you selling on your store? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your business?

Hi, @ADB30.
Thank you for joining the thread!
If you don't want to use geolocation for detecting the customer's location to display the language, then you can also use something like Shopify Translate & Adapt to offer two supported languages on your store. If you need more languages, then you can also try third-party translators, like langify or T Lab - AI Translate. If you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them directly using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page.
